DecoTherm Digital Process for Custom Decorative Glass

DecoTherm creates the look of etched or frosted decorative glass. The same frits and colorants used in screen printing are used in this thermal digital process, producing permanent decoration.

Step 1	Digital Design Designs are created as vector images for. Raster format is used for photos.
Step 2	Printed DecoTherm Image Images are printed with ceramic frit ink utilizing a patented thermal transfer technology.
*Step 3*	Image Transferred to Glass Then, the image is applied to the glass using heat and pressure.
Step 4	Image on Glass is Tempered The image is fired into the glass during the tempering cycle, making it permanent.
The finished decorative glass can then be shipped to the job site.
